The evidence:

This report summarizes the lack of consultation with U.S. tribes undertaken by Trans Mountain. Impacts that the pipeline extension will have on tribal interests were assumed to be the same as the impacts on Canadian tribes, despite significant differences in the types, activities, and exposure of U.S. tribes. This report also discusses the inadequate analysis of collisions, pollution, oil spills, and tribal fishing potentially caused by the pipeline extension.
