Residents concerned about clean up protocols of shorelines and beaches

Submitted by: NS NOPE

The evidence:

NS NOPE members believe that KM has understated the recreational use of North Shore beaches. Members have noted far higher numbers of swimmers, boaters and paddle boarders than in the TMP Application.
Members are also concerned, after observing the clean up efforts at Ambleside Beach after the Marathassa spill, that there is no adequate protocol in place should a spill occur, resulting in irreparable damage to the environment and health of North Shore residents.
