Views of the Tulalip Tribes on Kinder Morgan Expansion

This is a deposition of Jason Gobin, the Fish and Wildlife Director for the Tulalip Tribes. In this deposition the economic and cultural importance of fishing in the Salish Sea is described, as well as the Tribes’ worry that Kinder Morgan’s expansive use of the area could destroy the livelihood of Tribe members – an unacceptable risk.
