This website was created by law students who have been closely following the National Energy Board review process for the Kinder Morgan Trans Mountain pipeline expansion. Our goal is to make evidence submitted in this process more accessible to the public. Please see our About Us page to learn more.
*An intervenor is a person or group who has applied to participate in the National Energy Board’s review process. Intervenors have been deemed by the NEB to be directly affected by the project or have relevant expertise. Intervenors may ask Kinder Morgan written questions and may put forward their own evidence.
